What types of jewelry does IceGrind offer?

IceGrind specializes in men’s hip hop jewelry, including chains, pendants, custom pendants, picture pendants, bracelets, rings, and earrings.

Our main styles include Cuban link chains, Miami Cuban link chains, tennis chains, rope chains, iced out pendants, cross pendants, Jesus pendants, initial pendants, name pendants, and custom photo jewelry.

Is IceGrind jewelry made for men?

Yes. IceGrind focuses on men’s jewelry, especially bold hip hop styles designed for everyday wear, streetwear outfits, and statement looks.

What materials do you use?

Materials vary by product. Depending on the item, IceGrind jewelry may use premium stainless steel, titanium steel, copper base, S925 sterling silver, 14K or 18K gold plating, white gold plating, PVD plating, simulated diamonds, zircon stones, or moissanite stones.

Please check each product page for the exact material, plating, stone type, width, length, and clasp details.

Will your jewelry turn my neck green?

IceGrind jewelry is designed to reduce common issues like green neck, fading, and weak plating. Many of our pieces use durable plating, polished finishes, and skin-friendly materials for daily wear.

To keep your jewelry in better condition, avoid harsh chemicals, perfume, chlorine, saltwater, and abrasive cleaners.

Is the jewelry waterproof?

Many IceGrind pieces are designed for daily wear and better resistance against water and fading. However, jewelry should still be treated with care.

For best results, avoid showering, swimming, sweating heavily, or exposing your piece to harsh chemicals for long periods.

Are the stones real diamonds?

Most iced IceGrind pieces use high-quality simulated stones, zircon stones, or moissanite stones, depending on the product.

If a product uses moissanite, S925 sterling silver, or comes with a GRA certificate, this will be stated clearly on the product page.

Unless a product page specifically says “natural diamond,” the stones should not be considered natural diamonds.

Do your moissanite products come with certificates?

Selected moissanite jewelry may include GRA certification, depending on the product. Please check the product description for exact certificate details before ordering.

Sizing & Product Details

How do I choose the right chain length?

Chain length depends on your body size, neck size, and how you want the chain to sit.

Common choices:

18 inches — closer fit around the neck
20 inches — standard everyday fit
22 inches — slightly lower, relaxed fit
24 inches — more visible statement fit
28–30 inches — longer hip hop style

If you are unsure, check our Size Chart before placing your order.

How do I choose the right chain width?

Chain width affects how bold the piece looks.

2MM–5MM — clean, subtle, daily wear
6MM–10MM — balanced everyday statement
12MM–16MM — bold streetwear look
20MM+ — heavy main-piece shine

Always check the product photos and width details before ordering.

Is the product weight exact?

Product weights are approximate and may vary slightly by chain length, production batch, material, and stone setting.

Weight estimates are provided to help you understand the feel of the piece, not as a guaranteed exact measurement.

Custom Jewelry

Do you offer custom jewelry?

Yes. IceGrind offers custom jewelry such as custom pendants, picture pendants, initial pendants, name pendants, and selected personalized designs.

Custom items are made based on the details you provide, so please review all names, letters, photos, engraving, and design information carefully before submitting your order.

Can I cancel a custom order?

Orders may be canceled within 120 minutes after payment.

After 120 minutes, the order may already be in processing or production. Cancellations after this time may incur a 20% material and processing fee.

For customized, personalized, engraved, photo, or special-order jewelry, cancellation may not be available once production has started. If cancellation is still possible, a 50% customization and material processing fee may apply.

Can I return a custom item?

Customized, personalized, engraved, photo, name, initial, custom pendant, custom chain, and special-order items are not eligible for standard return or exchange.

However, if there is a covered issue such as a wrong item, production mistake, damaged item, manufacturing defect, color fading under normal wear, or clasp issue under normal use, contact us at service@icegrind.com for review.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. IceGrind offers free standard shipping on all orders, no matter the order amount.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

United States: 4–7 business days
Other countries: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs, carrier issues, weather, incorrect addresses, peak seasons, or other events outside IceGrind’s control.

How long does order processing take?

Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

Custom, engraved, photo, name, initial, or special-order jewelry may require additional production time. The exact processing time may vary by product.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email.

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the package is handed to the carrier.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If tracking shows your package is lost during shipping, or the carrier confirms it was lost in transit, IceGrind will review the case.

Once confirmed, we will send a replacement.

Please contact service@icegrind.com with your order number, tracking number, and a screenshot or link showing the tracking issue.

What if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?

If your package is marked as delivered, please first check your mailbox, parcel locker, front door, side door, building reception, neighbors, family members, and local post office or carrier.

Once a package is marked as delivered to the correct address, items lost after delivery are generally not covered.

You can still contact us at service@icegrind.com, and we will help review the situation where possible.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at service@icegrind.com. We cannot guarantee changes after the order enters processing or shipping.

IceGrind is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

Do international customers need to pay customs or taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.

IceGrind is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

IceGrind offers a 30-day return and exchange policy after delivery for eligible items.

To request a return or exchange, contact us first at service@icegrind.com. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

What items are eligible for return or exchange?

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in original condition.

The item must show no scratches, damage, signs of wear, resizing, repairs, or modifications.

Original packaging, accessories, and promotional gifts must be returned together. If a promotional gift is missing, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.

Are custom items returnable?

Custom, personalized, engraved, photo, name, initial, custom pendant, custom chain, special-order, and final sale items are not eligible for standard return or exchange.

If the item has a covered quality issue, wrong item, production mistake, or damage caused during shipping, contact us at service@icegrind.com for review.

Do I need to pay a return fee?

If the return is caused by shipping damage, a wrong item, or a confirmed quality issue within 30 days after delivery under normal use, IceGrind will not charge a return or exchange fee.

If the return is due to customer reasons, IceGrind may charge a return fee equal to 20% of the order value, capped at $50.

Customer reasons include changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, color, or style, no longer wanting the item, or personal preference after receiving the item.

Who pays for return shipping?

For customer-reason returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

For covered issues caused by shipping, production, or product quality, IceGrind will review the case and provide the proper next step.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days after delivery.

Please contact service@icegrind.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned package.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, VAT, and other non-product charges are non-refundable where applicable.

Warranty

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. IceGrind offers a 30-day warranty after delivery.

This warranty protects customers from covered delivery issues, manufacturing defects, early color fading, and clasp issues under normal use.

What does the 30-day warranty cover?

The warranty covers:

Arrived damaged or wrong item received
Once confirmed, we will send a replacement.

Package lost in transit
If tracking or the carrier confirms the package was lost during shipping, we will send a replacement after review.

Manufacturing defect
If your piece has a confirmed production issue within 30 days after delivery, we will offer a replacement or fair solution.

Color fading under normal wear
If the plating fades under normal wear within 30 days after delivery, we will help replace the piece after review.

Clasp issue under normal use
If the clasp breaks or stops working under normal use within 30 days after delivery, we will help replace the piece after review.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

Lost items after delivery
Heavy impact, pulling, bending, crushing, or dropping
Improper storage or intentional damage
Small scratches, surface marks, or normal daily wear
Damage from chemicals, perfume, lotions, chlorine, saltwater, or abrasive cleaners
Items repaired, resized, modified, or altered by another party
Custom mistakes caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer

How do I request warranty support?

Contact service@icegrind.com within 30 days after delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos of the issue
A short description of what happened
Tracking information, if the package was lost in transit

Our team will review your request and confirm the next step.

Does a replacement restart the warranty period?

No. Warranty replacements do not restart or extend the original warranty period.

If the original item is out of stock, IceGrind may offer a similar replacement item of equal value, store credit, repair solution, or another fair solution depending on the case.

Payment & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

IceGrind accepts major payment methods shown at checkout, which may include credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other available payment options.

Available payment methods may vary by location and device.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Orders are processed through secure checkout. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact us immediately at service@icegrind.com if you need to change an order.

We cannot guarantee changes after the order enters processing, production, or shipping.

For custom items, changes may not be available once production has started.

What should I do if I did not receive an order confirmation?

Check your spam, promotions, or junk folder first.

If you still cannot find your order confirmation, contact service@icegrind.com with the name, email address, and phone number used at checkout.

Jewelry Care

How should I take care of my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

Store it in a dry place
Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners
Keep it away from perfume, lotions, chlorine, and saltwater
Wipe it gently with a soft cloth after wearing
Do not pull, bend, crush, or drop the piece

Good care helps protect the plating, shine, clasp, and stone setting.

Can I wear my jewelry every day?

Yes, many IceGrind pieces are designed for daily styling.

However, jewelry lasts longer when you avoid heavy impact, harsh chemicals, swimming, showering, and rough handling.
