We have made every reasonable effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, images, sizes, and product details that appear on the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your device or monitor will display colors accurately.
Product measurements, including chain length, width, weight, stone size, and pendant size, may be approximate and may vary slightly due to production batch, material, manual measurement, stone setting, or product style.
Product descriptions may include terms such as gold plated, white gold plated, silver tone, simulated diamonds, zircon stones, moissanite, S925 sterling silver, PVD plated, or other material descriptions. Customers should review each product page carefully for the exact material, plating, stone type, and product details before placing an order.
Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, IceGrind jewelry should not be understood as natural diamond jewelry, solid gold jewelry, or solid platinum jewelry.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services that we offer.
All descriptions, images, product availability, promotions, and product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

Except as expressly stated in our Warranty Policy, we do not guarantee that any product will meet every individual expectation. Product support, replacement, return, or exchange requests will be handled according to our published policies.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order you place with us.
We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, per order, per customer account, per credit card, or per billing/shipping address.
If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, fraud rings, bots, or unauthorized commercial buyers.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information for all purchases made at our store.
You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, shipping address, billing address, payment information, and phone number, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. IceGrind is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Section 7 — Shipping and Delivery
IceGrind offers free standard shipping on all orders, no matter the order amount.
Estimated delivery time after shipment:
United States: 4–7 business days
Other countries: 5–8 business days
Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Custom, personalized, engraved, photo, name, initial, or special-order jewelry may require additional production time. The exact processing time may vary by product.
Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may happen due to customs, weather, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, remote delivery areas, peak seasons, payment review, fraud review, production delays, or events outside our control.
If we are unable to ship within the stated or legally required timeframe, we may contact you with available options as required by applicable law.
Tracking information will be sent by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the package is handed to the carrier.
If tracking shows your package is lost during shipping, or the carrier confirms it was lost in transit, IceGrind will review the case. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Warranty Policy.
Once a package is marked as delivered to the correct address, items lost after delivery are generally not covered.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
IceGrind is not responsible for customs delays or carrier delays outside our control.

Section 8 — Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
IceGrind offers a 30-day return and exchange policy after delivery for eligible items.
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us at service@icegrind.com before sending anything back.
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a standard return or exchange, the item must be unused, in original condition, and show no scratches, damage, signs of wear, resizing, repairs, modifications, or alterations.
Original packaging, accessories, and promotional gifts must be returned together. If a promotional gift is missing, its retail value may be deducted from the refund.
Customized, personalized, engraved, photo, name, initial, custom pendant, custom chain, special-order, and final sale items are not eligible for standard return or exchange unless there is a covered issue under our Warranty Policy.
If the return is caused by shipping damage, wrong item, or a confirmed quality issue within 30 days after delivery under normal use, IceGrind will not charge a return or exchange fee.
If the return is due to customer reasons, IceGrind may charge a return fee equal to 20% of the order value, capped at $50. This fee may be deducted from the refund.
Customer-reason returns include changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, color, or style, no longer wanting the item, or personal preference after receiving the item.
For customer-reason returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned package. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return fees, return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, VAT, and other non-product charges are non-refundable where applicable.
Orders may be canceled within 120 minutes after payment.
After 120 minutes, the order may already be in processing or production. Cancellations after this time may incur a 20% material and processing fee.
For customized, personalized, engraved, photo, or special-order jewelry, cancellations may not be available once production has started. If cancellation is still possible, a 50% customization and material processing fee may apply.

Section 9 — 30-Day Warranty
IceGrind products are covered by a 30-day warranty after delivery.
The warranty period begins on the delivery date shown by the tracking information.
Warranty requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery.
Covered cases may include:
Arrived damaged or wrong item received
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order number and clear photos. Once confirmed, we will send a replacement.
Package lost in transit
If tracking shows your package is lost during shipping, or the carrier confirms it was lost in transit, we will send a replacement after review.
Manufacturing defect
If your piece has a confirmed production issue within 30 days after delivery, we will review the case and offer a replacement or fair solution.
Color fading under normal wear
If the plating fades under normal wear within 30 days after delivery, we will help replace the piece after review.
Clasp issue under normal use
If the clasp breaks or stops working under normal use within 30 days after delivery, we will help replace the piece after review.
This warranty does not cover:
Lost items after delivery
Customer damage or misuse
Heavy impact, pulling, bending, crushing, dropping, or improper storage
Small scratches, surface marks, stone surface wear, or normal daily wear
Damage from chemicals, perfume, lotions, chlorine, saltwater, abrasive cleaners, or improper cleaning
Items repaired, resized, modified, or altered by another party
Custom mistakes caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer
For confirmed covered cases, IceGrind may provide a replacement, repair solution, store credit, or another fair solution depending on the issue.
If the original item is out of stock, we may offer a similar replacement item of equal value.
Warranty replacements do not restart or extend the original warranty period.
IceGrind reserves the right to request photos, videos, tracking details, or other reasonable proof before approving a warranty claim.

Section 10 — Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement.
We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms provided by the relevant third-party provider.
We may also offer new services, tools, or features through the website in the future. Such new services, tools, or features will also be subject to these Terms of Service.
