Free Shipping

IceGrind offers free standard shipping on all orders, no matter the order amount.

There is no minimum purchase required for free standard shipping.

Order Processing Time

In-stock items
Most in-stock jewelry ships within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

Custom or personalized items
Custom, engraved, photo, name, initial, or special-order jewelry may require additional production time. The exact processing time may vary by product.

Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, carrier delays, customs clearance time, or payment review time.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

United States: 4–7 business days
Other countries: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may happen due to customs, weather, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, remote delivery areas, peak seasons, payment review, fraud review, production delays, or events outside IceGrind’s control.

If we are unable to ship within the stated or legally required timeframe, we may contact you with available options as required by applicable law.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the package is handed to the carrier.

If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at service@icegrind.com with your order number.

Package Lost in Transit

If tracking shows your package is lost during shipping, or the carrier confirms it was lost in transit, IceGrind will review the case.

Once confirmed, we will send a replacement.

To help us review the issue, please contact service@icegrind.com and include:

Your order number
Tracking number
A screenshot or link showing the tracking issue

Marked Delivered but Missing

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please first check:

Your mailbox or parcel locker
Your front door, side door, or building reception
Neighbors or family members
Your local post office or carrier

Once a package is marked as delivered to the correct address, items lost after delivery are generally not covered.

However, you can still contact us at service@icegrind.com, and we will help review the situation where possible.

Damaged Package or Item

If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days after delivery.

Send your request to service@icegrind.com and include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the package
Clear photos or videos of the damaged item

Covered damaged-delivery cases may qualify for a replacement under our Warranty Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

IceGrind is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at service@icegrind.com.

We cannot guarantee changes after the order has entered processing, production, or shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

IceGrind is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or an unclaimed package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

If the customer no longer wants the order after a returned package, the return may be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

IceGrind is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, or lost items after confirmed delivery to the correct address.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
