IceGrind offers free shipping on all orders, no matter the order amount.

Free Shipping
All IceGrind orders include free standard shipping.
There is no minimum order value required.
Order Processing Time
In-stock items
Most in-stock jewelry ships within 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Custom or personalized items
Custom, engraved, photo, name, initial, or special-order jewelry usually requires additional production time. The exact processing time may vary by product.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, carrier delays, or customs clearance time.
Estimated Delivery Time
United States
Estimated delivery time is 4–7 business days after shipment.
Other countries
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to customs, weather, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, peak seasons, or other events outside IceGrind’s control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the package is handed to the carrier.
Lost in Transit
If tracking shows your package is lost during shipping, or the carrier confirms it was lost in transit, IceGrind will review the case.
Once confirmed, we will send a replacement.

Marked Delivered but Missing
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please first check:
Your mailbox or parcel locker
Your front door, side door, or building reception
Neighbors or family members
Your local post office or carrier
Once a package is marked as delivered to the correct address, items lost after delivery are generally not covered.
However, you can still contact us at service@icegrind.com and we will help review the situation where possible.
Damaged Package
If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days after delivery.
Send your request to service@icegrind.com and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the package
Clear photos or videos of the damaged item
Covered damaged-delivery cases may qualify for a free replacement under our Warranty Policy.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
IceGrind is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at service@icegrind.com. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has entered processing or shipping.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.
IceGrind is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, or unclaimed package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
